| No company or individual can guarantee that any site will obtain planning consent, just like no stock broker can guarantee a rise in stock price.The ultimate decision can only be made by a government appointed body and every application is considered on its own merit. | As you are the legal owner you can sell your plot(s) at any-time.You own the freehold,
so it is yours to sell. |
